Apply a few pumps of your chosen cleanser to a damp cotton pad. Move inward and upward, in a light circular motion, covering the neck and face. Rinse with water. Twice daily cleansing is recommended or for very dry or sensitive skin, stick to cleansing once daily in the evening. Follow with one of our lovely toners. Remember to always wash your face after a workout to prevent breakouts due to sweat build-up.
