Foot Ritual for Tired Feet

1. Soak: Begin with a soothing foot soak. Mix warm water with Weleda rosemary, citrus or lavender bath milk and some fresh flower heads of lavender, orange or lemon peel or rosemary for a refreshing foot bath.
